So when servicing a car at a dealership two thoughts come to mind... 1 It will be pricey. 2. The $250 diagnostic charge sounds like you as the consumer are getting nothing for the initial fee especially when taking parts (doors) apart are both part of diagnosing AND fixing the problem. I was prepared for a repair bill of around $600 and when I saw that the shop very fairly applied a modest $60 for the diagnoses of the problem my fears were put at ease. although a tick more than expected I was pleased with the communication and time frame for the repairs. Experience was good. I brought my Chevy in because I noticed a possible issue with one of the tires. The service team took the time to check it thoroughly and even did their own driving test to see if they could find the problem. I really appreciated their effort and professionalism, especially since no major service was needed. They treated me with respect, explained what they found, and made sure I left feeling confident about my vehicle. Great customer service!

My experience was extremely disappointing. I approved only a few services, but the dealership added work that I never authorized, including a 4x4 cleaning that makes no sense for my vehicle since I do not use 4x4 at all. I was not given an invoice when I arrived or at any point while I waited in the lobby. The communication was misleading and the pricing was never explained. I am now escalating the issue to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and GM corporate. This should never happen to any customer.

Very friendly agents, very accommodating of my need to leave the vehicle after service performed. Unfortunately, the tech was unable to reproduce my issue (error message on camera upon shifting to reverse). Problem recurred the day after I brought the vehicle home. I’m back in touch…

I had to take my car back in wasn’t fixed. I told the service advisor the first time what the issue was and what onstar said. On second trip kept my car until Monday gave me a loaner on Sunday and I made 3 trips to the dealership in 5 days. The problem still is not solved waiting for the part when it should of been ordered the first appointment.

Made an appointment for Thursday, yes I got a complementary loaner vehicle. Sat there through the weekend and was returned Monday mid day. Neither of the two issues were corrected. Would have preferred to get that answer on Thursday

My family was like why dont you go to vacaville or something i simply stated, no im not going anywhere else because they take care of me up there.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. From checkin to repairs the staff is ALWAYS, personable, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a seamless process.

Another amazing visit to Fairfield Chevrolet. Had our son’s car towed in from Sacramento because it was running rough and stalling. Fairfield Chevrolet has been and remains the only dealership we will have work on our vehicles. The relationship we have with them and Aurelio our service advisor is incredible and we always feel confident that the repairs will be done right the first time.

Had oil change service on my low-mileage 2022 Spark. After I got home I open the hood to check, found out the rubber seal near the windshield was damaged during the service at the dealership. It was remedied with super glue by the technician, but I was not informed about it.

He explains everything clearly, is very good on the phone, cares about the customer, and explains the service to be performed, explains the service that was performed noting any differences, and always asks if there are any other questions or concerns. I'm happy with the final outcome of my car and it's running great. I'm happy it was done, but there was a few other things that I'm very disappointed about the price was very high again. I appreciate it, but I'm speaking my mind. The rental that was given to me was low on gas and very dirty.

What I appreciated most was the communication the technician provided clear, honest feedback on the multi-point inspection results, so I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle without feeling pressured into unnecessary service. They got the brake fluid done in a timely manner and had my tahoe back to me quickly. Friendly staff and professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
