The oil change service was great. I didn't have to wait too long. The Staff was great. I was greeted very pleasantly & all Staff interactions were good. They have Clean bathrooms & healthy snacks available. Nice environment. Whoever was in charge of the free car wash failed. Why offer a service if your not going to do it right. My car looked like it was rinsed because it was wet...but it was not washed.

Marcos listened to what I wanted and presented the perfect truck. He made the buying experience a breeze.

My car took longer than expected but always satisfied

So for 1 you guys don't value anybody things or respect because I wouldn't have got my truck back in the condition I did. 2nd thing I bring the truck in to get get a full service before I handed the keys over to the technician that took my truck I walked around the truck and told him what big needed done to the my truck basically everything that ask to b have done was not done totally unexceptable and none of the belts that I ask to be changed were changed none and you can here that they needed to be changed so and when I got my truck I there oil on the gear shift buttons for off road ect and we're replaced the wheater strip or the black substance they used it's all over the top of the ceiling in my truck big black spots you guys didn't cover anything in my truck there were dings and scratches in and on my truck that were not there before I dropped it off to you guys then I walk to my truck pick up my truck let's note I just paid about 3600 dollars and I get my truck back with coffee running down the left side of my truck unbelievable. So somebody needs to call me asap

Miguel, did an excellent job on finding my vehicle, his communication was prompt and professional. We went out of his way to provide exceptional service.

The check-in and check-out was something new. I was escorted to the comfortable waiting room, where an employee used an I-pad like computer to do the initial paperwork with me. About 30 minutes later, she returned to let me know what work was needed and what it would cost. I approved the work on the same I-pad. About 45 minutes later, the work was done, and I was on my way. Easy!

Friendly and timely

I appreciate the care the dealer showed for my vehicle that is very important to me. The communication was excellent and timely with my vehicle being ready prior to time promised.

I was on my way to Folsom and my truck threw a Check Engine light right before Fairfield. I decided to pull in to the Service Dept to see if they could take a look. They scanned the ECU , found the issue and fixed the problem. This was at 3:30 on a Saturday mind you. The guys were awesome! Leo, the tech that helped fix my truck was great!! Thanks for getting me back on the road guys!

They are so helpful. I had a portion of a recall that needed to be finished, and they called to get me scheduled right away. Everything was explained to me in plain English, and I was on my way. I would definitely go there to get my vehicle taken care of again.

So when servicing a car at a dealership two thoughts come to mind... 1 It will be pricey. 2. The $250 diagnostic charge sounds like you as the consumer are getting nothing for the initial fee especially when taking parts (doors) apart are both part of diagnosing AND fixing the problem. I was prepared for a repair bill of around $600 and when I saw that the shop very fairly applied a modest $60 for the diagnoses of the problem my fears were put at ease. although a tick more than expected I was pleased with the communication and time frame for the repairs. Made an appointment for Thursday, yes I got a complementary loaner vehicle. Sat there through the weekend and was returned Monday mid day. Neither of the two issues were corrected. Would have preferred to get that answer on Thursday

I was there for 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My appt was scheduled right before everyone in the dept took a 1 hr lunch break. It was very frustrating

Experience was good. I brought my Chevy in because I noticed a possible issue with one of the tires. The service team took the time to check it thoroughly and even did their own driving test to see if they could find the problem. I really appreciated their effort and professionalism, especially since no major service was needed. They treated me with respect, explained what they found, and made sure I left feeling confident about my vehicle. Great customer service!

My experience was extremely disappointing. I approved only a few services, but the dealership added work that I never authorized, including a 4x4 cleaning that makes no sense for my vehicle since I do not use 4x4 at all. I was not given an invoice when I arrived or at any point while I waited in the lobby. The communication was misleading and the pricing was never explained. I am now escalating the issue to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and GM corporate. This should never happen to any customer.

They Listen to you and respectful

I had to take my car back in wasn’t fixed. I told the service advisor the first time what the issue was and what onstar said. On second trip kept my car until Monday gave me a loaner on Sunday and I made 3 trips to the dealership in 5 days. The problem still is not solved waiting for the part when it should of been ordered the first appointment.
