I went for a wheel alignment and waited an hour to find iut he machine had broke.I was not upsetor anything because I realize man made things do break down.I was in formed by Aurelio of the situation and will schedule another appointment.The folks up there are frindly,courteous and profeesional. My family was like why dont you go to vacaville or something i simply stated, no im not going anywhere else because they take care of me up there.

Experience was good. I brought my Chevy in because I noticed a possible issue with one of the tires. The service team took the time to check it thoroughly and even did their own driving test to see if they could find the problem. I really appreciated their effort and professionalism, especially since no major service was needed. They treated me with respect, explained what they found, and made sure I left feeling confident about my vehicle. Great customer service!

I had to take my car back in wasn’t fixed. I told the service advisor the first time what the issue was and what onstar said. On second trip kept my car until Monday gave me a loaner on Sunday and I made 3 trips to the dealership in 5 days. The problem still is not solved waiting for the part when it should of been ordered the first appointment.

Sophia was excellent and very sweet. Repairs done very quick.

Had oil change service on my low-mileage 2022 Spark. After I got home I open the hood to check, found out the rubber seal near the windshield was damaged during the service at the dealership. It was remedied with super glue by the technician, but I was not informed about it.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I approved only a few services, but the dealership added work that I never authorized, including a 4x4 cleaning that makes no sense for my vehicle since I do not use 4x4 at all. I was not given an invoice when I arrived or at any point while I waited in the lobby. The communication was misleading and the pricing was never explained. I am now escalating the issue to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and GM corporate. This should never happen to any customer.

Took our 100k brand new 3500 high country in for 6k service per the warranty. They gave it back with a leak. which honestly isn't the bad part. We understand things happen. But the lack of response is extremely bothersome. I called twice. left 2 messages with the voicemail that claims to be the manager. and still to this day we haven't heard back. We had to take matters into our own hands with another service to ensure the truck doesn't get destroyed. But they definitely don't care about you... only the sale. Very bad management for service dept.

Again Aurelio made sure I and my vehicle were well taken care of. Fairfield Chevrolet continues to be the only place I will take my vehicle for service!

Work done seems fine. I still need spark/plug & wires replaced, then my 2001 Silverado at ~200 K miles good. Decided to spend money as newer trucks are so expensive. I’ve recently fixed brakes, new shocks, tranny, transfer case, differentials taken care of 20 K miles a go. Then moneys I’ve spent doing this are equivalent to about 7 months of newer truck monthly payments - no brainer. I only now put 3-4 K miles on truck, so it’s great trade off. I used to do this myself, and the hourly labor rates of dealerships is a real downer, but I’m good for a few years.

Fairfield Chevy has been lovely every time I’ve been and they were really good to me while buying a new vehicle.

My appointment was for 8am. Only one advisor so I didn't get checked in for maybe 20 minutes later and received car back a little after 10am. Not complaining as things happen beyond our control. My check in advisor was very nice and the advisor that checked me out was great, I like dealing with her when I come in. And the parts lady help me on my key fob battery and very nice as well. If I had a down review, I would say that the place could be a little more tidy...garbage cans were full and cups left on the tables in the waiting area, and floors could have used attention but other than that, not bad.

Very good experience with all parties involved in the service dept. Antonio took very good care of me; keeping me posted throughout my visit. I always have my service done here and appreciate their work.

I had a great experience with the service department at Fairfield Chevrolet ! I came in for an oil change, a multi-point inspection, and a brake fluid service, and they did a fantastic job. What I appreciated most was the communication the technician provided clear, honest feedback on the multi-point inspection results, so I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle without feeling pressured into unnecessary service. They got the brake fluid done in a timely manner and had my tahoe back to me quickly. Friendly staff and professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend! Great service from the moment I pulled up to the service window. They listened to my concerns, explained what was going on, and quickly diagnosed the issue as a broken brake actuator.
